Abstract

The aim of this study was to investigate the frequency of cesarean section 2013-2015 years in Imam Reza Hospital in Kermanshah, 2013-2015.
  Current study was cross-sectional. The results were analyzed by SPSS software version 20.
In 2013 previous cesarean (41.6%), fetal distress (24.5%) and malposition (10%), in 2014 previous cesarean (52.1%), fetal distress (17.48%) and malposition (8.57%) and in 2015 previous cesarean (59%), fetal distress (14.71%) and hypertension (6.89%) are the main reasons for cesarean section.
Reduce caesarean sections in recent years for pregnant women is highly regarded.
